Individuals who appear in a photograph may also use photographs of themselves for professional self-promotion (including CVs, press kits, portfolios, and professional social media), provided that:

• The Photographer is credited as: @0th.photo on Instagram, and Photo(s): Thomas Holland (thomasholland.uk) elsewhere
• The image is not used to directly advertise or promote the sale of a product, service, or event beyond the individual themselves
• The image is not sold or sublicensed

Organisational Users

Organisational Users must credit the Photographer wherever reasonably practicable:

Editing and Cropping
